Questions
How long does it take?
We send your order to our printer within 2 business days. It’s printed just for you in 2 to 5 business days, then most US addresses get it 4 to 6 business days later, so about 2 weeks in all. We email you the tracking link when it ships.
Ordering a Christmas gift?
Order by December 8 for standard delivery in the US. That leaves time to get it printed before our print partner’s holiday cutoff.
What can I type?
Up to 24 letters, numbers and simple punctuation. Keep it family-friendly, and please skip brand names, characters and other people’s trademarks. We print exactly what you type, so double-check the spelling.
Can I return it?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something isn’t right with your order, email us at charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com and we’ll work it out with you.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), and we never see your card number.
