1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Good Food Good Feels website (goodfoodgoodfeels.com) or placing an order through our platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. About Good Food Good Feels

Good Food Good Feels (“GFGF”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a food delivery marketplace platform headquartered in Paso Robles, California. GFGF is a technology and coordination platform — we do not prepare food, and we do not employ drivers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. GFGF currently operates in Paso Robles, California and surrounding areas within a 7-mile delivery radius.

4. Orders and Payment

A flat delivery fee of $10 applies to all delivery orders (up to 7 miles). Pickup orders are free for customers. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5. Delivery Confirmation Code

Every delivery order includes a unique 4-digit confirmation code sent to your email. You must provide this code to the driver upon delivery. Providing the code confirms that you have received a complete and correct order.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order without charge before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing Charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com immediately. The $10 driver fee is non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Address Responsibility

You are solely responsible for entering an accurate delivery address at checkout. GFGF is not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by you.

8. Independent Restaurant Partners

Restaurants listed on GFGF are independent businesses solely responsible for food quality, accuracy, safety, and compliance with all applicable health codes and regulations.

9. Independent Delivery Drivers

Delivery drivers on GFGF are independent contractors, not employees of GFGF. GFGF is not liable for driver conduct, delays, or accidents during delivery.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, interfere with the platform, or harass restaurant partners, drivers, or GFGF staff.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the GFGF platform is the property of Good Food Good Feels or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The GFGF platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” GFGF makes no warranties regarding the platform’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, GFGF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. GFGF’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
