About Good Food Good Feels
Started in Paso Robles by someone who has done the job.
Who we are
I’m Charles Jones. I’ve made over 12,000 food deliveries here in Paso Robles, and the whole time I watched the big apps take 20 to 35 percent of every order. Restaurants raised their prices to keep up, and customers paid for it. Good Food Good Feels is my answer to that.
We’re a small, for-profit company based in Paso Robles, California, registered as Good Food Good Feels Limited Liability Company. We launched in 2026.
Food delivery is the main thing
- Restaurants pay a one-time $149 setup, then 10% per order. Monthly hosting is optional.
- Customers pay a flat $10 delivery fee, and all of it goes to the driver, along with every tip.
- Drivers are independent contractors who pick their own hours. California’s Prop 22 rules were built in from the start.
- Every delivery comes with a 4-digit confirmation code, so you know your order reached you.
Where we are right now: we’re signing up our first restaurant partners in Paso Robles. If your favorite place isn’t on yet, put in your address on the order page and you can ask them to join. We’ll grow to more towns once Paso Robles is working well.
The other things we make
Along the way we built a few things that aren’t tied to one town:
- Good Feels Keepsakes: storybooks, portraits and ornaments of your pet, made from your photos and shipped anywhere in the US.
- Brain Lab: small personalized gifts and funny readings, emailed to you.
- GoodPages: websites for local restaurants and small businesses.
- Free tools, like the grocery planner, a lost pet flyer maker and Pet Watch.
- Free Speech Zone: a social space with no algorithm (18+).
- Pets Are Family: our campaign to help low-income California families pay their vet bills.
What we’re not
- We’re not a charity. The pet causes on this site are things we care about, and we don’t take donations for them.
- Our drivers aren’t employees. They’re independent contractors.
- We’re new, so we don’t have many reviews yet. If you order from us, we’d really like to hear how it went on our reviews page.
