1. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Good Food Good Feels. You are free to accept or decline any delivery assignment and are responsible for all taxes on income earned through the platform.

2. California Proposition 22

GFGF complies with Proposition 22. Drivers receive a flat $10 per completed delivery structured to include both base delivery pay and California Prop 22 earnings compliance. Thanks to GFGF’s driver-friendly pay structure, the overwhelming majority of drivers will never see a gap between their $10 earnings and Prop 22 requirements.

3. Driver Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Hold a valid California driver’s license
Maintain valid auto insurance meeting California minimum requirements
Own or have legal right to operate your delivery vehicle
Maintain a smartphone with a modern browser to access the GFGF Driver Dashboard
Comply with all applicable traffic laws and health regulations

4. How Deliveries Work

When online in the driver dashboard, accept assignments, navigate to the restaurant, pick up the order, deliver it to the customer, collect the 4-digit confirmation code, and enter it in your Driver Dashboard to complete the delivery.

5. Compensation

Drivers earn a flat $10 per completed delivery. That $10 is structured to include both your base delivery pay and California Prop 22 earnings compliance. Payout options include instant transfer to a connected debit card or standard bank deposit.

6. Driver Ratings

All drivers start with a 4.0 out of 5 star rating. Ratings affect your dispatch priority.

7. Your Responsibilities

Treat customers and restaurant staff with courtesy and professionalism
Not consume, tamper with, or damage any customer order
Not deliver while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Immediately report any accidents or safety concerns to GFGF

8. Deactivation

GFGF may deactivate your account for fraudulent activity, repeated failed deliveries, tampering with orders, harassment, or any conduct posing a safety risk.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in San Luis Obispo County.
