Before We Begin Building
If you cancel your order before we begin building your website, you are entitled to a full refund of the one-time fee. Just email us as soon as possible.
After Your Site Is Delivered
Because each website is custom work built and delivered specifically for you, once your site has been delivered the one-time fee (including any add-ons) is non-refundable — except in the case of blatant mistakes or errors that are our fault. If your delivered site contains an error or defect caused by us, we will promptly correct it at no additional charge. If we are unable to correct it, we will refund the affected portion of your order.
How to Request a Correction or Refund
Email charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com with your order details and a description of the issue, ideally within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. We review every request individually and aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you think there is a problem with your order, please contact us first — we are committed to making it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us only delays resolution.
