Digital Products

Digital products — including our Brain Lab experiences, personalized readings, and eBook editions of our storybooks — are delivered electronically to the email address on your order. Delivery is typically immediate and, at the latest, within 24 hours of a completed purchase. No physical item is shipped, so no shipping charge applies. If you do not receive your digital delivery, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Physical Products

Physical products — such as printed storybooks, memorial books, art prints, framed portraits, ornaments and blankets — are made to order by our print partners. We currently ship within the United States only.

For personalized keepsakes, we first email you a preview of your pet’s artwork or book. Nothing is printed until you approve it. After you approve:

• Printed storybooks and memorial books usually arrive in about 2–3 weeks.
• Art prints, framed portraits, ornaments and blankets usually arrive in about 1–2 weeks.
• Reflective address signs are made to order and usually arrive in about 1–2 weeks.

Where available, we email you tracking information when your order ships.

Local Delivery

For our local food and grocery delivery service, orders are fulfilled by Good Food Good Feels drivers within our service area, at the delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery availability and timing depend on your address and the ordering restaurant or store.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within the United States on our storybooks, memorial books and keepsakes (art prints, framed portraits, ornaments and blankets). Reflective address signs carry a flat shipping charge, shown on the product and at checkout before you pay. Fees for local delivery are described at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally a production or carrier delay occurs outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down and make it right.
