These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of GoodPages, a website-creation service provided by Good Food Good Feels LLC (“Good Food Good Feels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using GoodPages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com.

1. The Service

GoodPages creates custom, AI-assisted websites for restaurants and similar businesses, typically delivered within 24 hours of order (12 hours for the Agency tier). GoodPages is sold for a one-time fee with no recurring subscription. Optional add-on features are available for an additional one-time fee per add-on.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown at the time of order and are charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

To build your site we may use information and materials you provide (such as your business name, menu, hours, photos, and logo). You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all materials you provide, and that they do not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

4. Delivery and Ownership

We will deliver your completed website (and, where applicable, its files) to the email address associated with your order. Upon full payment, you own the delivered website and its custom content. We retain all rights to our underlying tools, templates, code frameworks, and processes used to create it. Optional hosting assistance is available but never required.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use GoodPages to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful. We may decline or cancel any order that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

Your site and our service may integrate with or reference third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, Google for reviews and maps, and online-ordering or messaging tools). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. GoodPages and Good Food Good Feels LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific business result, search ranking, or amount of traffic or sales.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Good Food Good Feels LLC arising out of or relating to GoodPages or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
