1. The Partnership

By registering as a restaurant partner on Good Food Good Feels (“GFGF”, “we”, “us”), you (“Restaurant”, “you”) agree to these terms. This is a non-exclusive partnership — you are free to use other platforms simultaneously.

2. Verification Requirements

To maintain platform integrity and protect customers, all restaurant partners must provide:

• A valid federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) in XX-XXXXXXX format
• A current business license or food handler’s permit (photo upload)

GFGF reserves the right to reject or remove any restaurant that cannot provide valid verification documents.

3. Commission and Payouts

You receive 90% of every food sale processed through the platform. GFGF retains 10% as a platform fee covering payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support, and driver coordination. Stripe deducts its standard payment-processing fee first, before any split; your 90% is calculated on the food sale itself and is never reduced by Stripe’s processing fee, which GFGF absorbs from its 10%.

The $10 driver fee charged to customers is collected entirely by GFGF and goes toward driver compensation. It is not deducted from your earnings.

Payout schedule: Your 90% share is transferred automatically via Stripe when each order completes, directly to your connected account. Payout timing depends on your chosen method:

• Instant Payouts (debit card): Connect a supported debit card during Stripe onboarding and funds typically arrive within 30 minutes — any day, any time, including weekends and holidays. A 1.5% instant payout fee is deducted per transfer. This fee is required by Stripe and passed through to partners at cost. Learn more about Instant Payouts →
• Standard Payouts (bank account): Connect a bank account and funds are typically available within 2–7 business days at no additional fee. New accounts may experience longer initial processing while Stripe verifies the account.

Any applicable wait fees are deducted from your running balance. All transactions are visible in your Store Manager dashboard.

4. Driver Wait Fee

How it works: When a GFGF driver arrives, a timer starts. If your order is not ready within 5 minutes of driver arrival, a wait fee of $0.45 per minute is charged for each additional minute. This fee is deducted from your balance.

5. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring orders are accurate and complete before handing them to the driver.

6. Menu and Product Standards

All menu items must accurately represent the food being sold. Keep your menu current and remove items that are unavailable.

7. Food Safety

You are solely responsible for the safety, quality, and compliance of all food you prepare. GFGF is a technology platform and delivery coordinator and is not responsible for food safety violations or health issues arising from food you prepare.

8. Store Hours and Availability

You are responsible for keeping your store hours accurate in your Store Manager dashboard.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

GFGF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any restaurant account for fraudulent registration, repeated order failures, food safety violations, or behavior that harms customers or drivers. Outstanding payout balances will be settled within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Luis Obispo County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

GFGF may update these terms with 14 days notice to active restaurant partners via email.

12. Third-Party POS Integrations

GFGF offers optional integrations with third-party point-of-sale systems including Square and Toast. These integrations are provided as a convenience and are entirely optional — you are not required to connect a POS system to use the platform.

Connecting your POS to GFGF does not affect your 10% commission rate or your payout schedule in any way.

GFGF does not charge any fee for POS integration. However, your POS provider may have subscription requirements of their own:

• Square: Square does not charge a separate fee for third-party platforms to connect via their API. Your existing Square plan fees remain unchanged. See Square’s fees page for full pricing details.
• Toast: Toast may require a feature called Partner Connect to be active on your Toast account before third-party order injection is possible. This is a Toast subscription feature independent of GFGF. Contact Toast support or visit Toast’s pricing page to confirm what your current plan includes.

GFGF is not responsible for fees charged by third-party POS providers. Any such fees are between you and your POS provider directly.
