Good Food Good Feels — Driver App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Good Food Good Feels Driver app (“the app,” “we,” “us”)
handles information for delivery drivers who use it. The app is operated by Good Food Good Feels LLC,
Paso Robles, California. Questions: charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com.

Who this is for

The Driver app is used only by approved Good Food Good Feels delivery drivers to receive delivery
offers, navigate, and complete deliveries. You sign in with the driver account we provide.

Information we collect

• Precise location (including in the background). While you are Online in the app,
  we collect your device’s GPS location so we can offer you nearby deliveries, show customers a live
  estimate of their delivery, verify arrival at the restaurant and the customer, and pay you correctly.
  Location is collected only while you are Online, and a persistent notification
  (“GFGF Driver — on the clock”) is shown the entire time background location is active. Location is
  not collected when you are Offline or signed out.
• Account & delivery data. Your driver profile (name, contact, approval status,
  ratings, earnings) and the orders you accept and complete.
• Payment payout data. To pay you, we use Stripe Connect. Stripe collects and stores
  your payout details directly; we do not store your full bank or card numbers.

How we use it

• Match you with nearby delivery offers and dispatch orders.
• Show the customer a live map/ETA of their delivery in progress.
• Confirm pickup and drop-off (arrival detection and the delivery confirmation code).
• Calculate and pay your earnings, including Prop 22-related figures where applicable.
• Support, safety, and preventing fraud or misuse.

Sharing

We share the minimum needed to run a delivery:

• Customers see your live delivery location and ETA only while their order is out for delivery.
• Stripe processes payouts to you.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your location for advertising.

Retention

Live location is used in real time and retained only as long as needed for delivery operation, support,
payment, and legal/tax records. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

Your choices

You control location permission in your device settings and via the app’s Online/Offline toggle
(Offline stops location collection). Turning off location will prevent you from receiving deliveries.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at
charles@goodfoodgoodfeels.com.

Children

The Driver app is for adults (18+) approved as drivers and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
