How to Add Products in Your Vendor Dashboard

This guide is for restaurant partners using the Good Food Good Feels vendor dashboard to add or update menu items.

Using a Computer (Desktop/Laptop) — Highly recommended. Mobile is for monitoring.

Follow these steps to add a new item:

• Log in at My Account:
  https://goodfoodgoodfeels.com/my-account/
• Go to Store Manager:
  https://goodfoodgoodfeels.com/store-manager/
• In the left menu, click Products.
• Click the Add New or Add Product button.
• Fill in:
  • Product Name
  • Description (what it is, key ingredients, special notes)
• Set:
  • Product type = Simple product (or Variable if you use sizes/options).
  • Regular Price (required) and Sale Price (optional).
• Under Product Image, upload a clear photo of the item.
• Choose a Category and any Tags (e.g., vegan, spicy).
• Make sure Status is Publish and click Publish/Save.

Tips

• Use clear, bright photos taken in good lighting.
• Always mention major allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.).
• Keep names and descriptions consistent across your menu.
• If something isn’t working on mobile, try again on a desktop or laptop if possible.
